Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Defective Products Only
- We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective products.
- If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping label is visible and the packaging remains sealed.
- The video should be submitted without any pause or cut to accurately capture the unboxing process and shared via ashrimboutique@gmail.com or DM on Instagram @a.shrim_
Refund Process for Defective Products
- For defective products, a return request must be raised within 7 days from the product delivery date.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days from the date of the return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier.
- Reverse return shipping charges of ₹120 will be borne by the buyer.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Altered or Damaged Products
- Items that have been altered, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
- Please handle products with care to maintain their quality.
