Defective Products Only

  • We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective products.
  • If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping Label is visible and the packaging remains sealed.

Refund Process for Defective Products

  • For defective products, a return request must be raised within 7 days from the product delivery date.
  • The refund will be credited in the original payment method within 7 days from the date of return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier
